Teenager’s skin care is a serious issue because most of the skin problems occur during the teenage due to the hormonal changes. Skin problems can be in the form of acne, blackheads, shingles and side effects of UV sunrays. At first, teens should identify his/her skin type and choose the skin care products or treatment accordingly.
The teenagers having the oily skin should not wash their face with the cold water but use the warm water to wash the face as it will reduce the extra body oil. If the teenager’s skin is dry then he/she should not use the warm water foe skin wash, rather, use normal water. A teenager should drink lots of fresh water daily as it will hydrate the skin.
Acne is the most common skin problem in teenagers. Dirty skin, oily skin and unhealthy cosmetics can cause acne. When oil glands produce extra quantity of oil then this oil blocks the skin pores and hence acne causes. Medication, natural remedies and surgical treatment can treat acne. The teenagers who are under drug addiction and smoking are easily harming their skin.
Teenagers can be careless about their skin care so the parents should aware their young children about the harmful sunrays. These UV sunrays can make the skin dull and wrinkled. Parents can guide the teenagers of not to use chemical based cosmetics in the early age because in teen age, skin can be sensitive and cosmetics can cause side effects.depression treatment schizophrenia
